Richard Gartner has been an attorney actively practicing law, including countless hundreds of trials, in St. Charles County for 28 years, and has the experience and maturity to rule fairly, impartially and correctly on any case to come before him. His 28 years of actual courtroom experience in many different fields of civil and criminal law, coupled with many years of life experience as a husband of three decades and father of three children, and his involvement in the community, provides him with the necessary demeanor and knowledge of rules of law, evidence and trial practice which would allow him to make the split second decisions necessary for an error free and fair trial of any matter brought before him.

He is one of only a handful of St. Charles Attorneys to have received the highest possible legal ability and ethics rating by a prestigious national attorney rating organization, in recognition of his legal knowledge and trial abilities.

Richard Gartner is currently a principal in the Gartner Law Firm located in St. Peters . His primary area of concentration during his 28 years in practice has been general civil and criminal trial litigation.
